Nutrition 101

Well this is my first attempt at a blog. At this point I am learning at best, but I am committed to mastering this concept and providing information as I journey with my new college student.
The frequency of updating this blog is yet to be determined, but I will only update it when there is something of value to be added. I am going to search valid articles on the web and other resources to keep you up to date.
So, here's the first really basic article I have found to keep you informed....
